A: No, sorry. Currently we are only accepting pre-owned product from the
United States and Canada.
Q: My games are not listed on your website, can I still sell them to you?
A: Yes, you can. We buy all kinds of games and systems from Atari to Xbox360. Just send us an email with the title of the game, so we can send you a quote for it.
Q: Do you buy non-North American games?
A: No, we only buy games made for the North American market (USA and
Canada).
Q: Is there a minimum?
A: Yes, there is a $30.00 minimum.

A: No, we do not buy DVDs anymore

A: If you live in Houston area, you can trade-in your games in one of our
stores with in-store prices. Website is only for people living outside of
Houston metro area.
PAYMENTS
Q: What are the available payment options?
A: Paypal, Check by Us Mail, or Western Union.
Q: How long will it take to get my cash?
A: We will send your payment the same day we process your games. With Paypal and Western Union you can receive your cash instantly. During peak times there may be a delay in processing due to the high volume of the merchandise we receive.

Q: Can I send you titles that are not in a case or box?
A: Yes, you can send them anyway you want. There will be a deduction for certain titles
Q: Can I sell you games or systems that are not working?
A: No, we will not pay you for games or systems that do not work
Q: My games are scratched, will there be a deduction from the total?
A: We understand that a few scratches here and there are normal, but if the scratches are deep then there will be a deduction.
Q: What Game platforms will you buy?
A: Any game platform from Atari to Xbox360.
Q: Quotes expire in 15 days, how about sports games?
A: Sports games prices change very quick so 15 day quote rule doesn't
apply to sports games.
ORDERING
Q: Can I add more games to a quote after its submitted?
A: No, but you can get a new quote and send them to us in the same box.
Q: Can I sell more than one copy of a particular item?
A: You can sell as many copies you want. However, when you sell more
than 2 copies of the same game we will pay only 50% of the buy back price for
the 3rd and the other ones.
SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
Q: Where do I ship my games?
A: Once you submit your quote, you will receive an email, with our
address; this is the address where you need to ship your games to.
Q: How do I ship them?
A: Ship your games with USPS since we only pay for USPS Media Mail
shipping charges. You can also use UPS or Fedex and take advantage of their free
tracking and free insurance. No matter what service you use we will always
reimburse you based on usps charges.
Q: How do you know how much I paid to the post office?
A: Post office marks every penny you paid on to the box. We know exactly
how much you paid.
Q: I don't have a printer, can I just write the quote number on the
envelope or box?
A: Yes, you can.
Q: What is the difference between quote number and the order number?
A: They are the same things, your quote number shows as an order number
in our computers, so sometimes we refer to it as an order number.
Q: Will you reimburse my shipping costs and insurance?
A: Yes, we will

A: Yes, you qualify for $10 extra bonus, if your games are over $100. Games must be complete with their boxes, manuals and must be free of deep scratches.

games that qualify for a $10 bonus. But the games are missing manuals and/or
scratched and/or have no cases. Do I qualify for the bonus?
A: No, bonus is for games that are not excessively scratched, missing
manuals and/or boxes
Q: I found higher prices, will you beat
them?
A: Yes we definitely will. Although we give the highest prices, every
once in a while we might not be the highest ones. In that case we will make sure
that you get the best money for your games
